According to the Boston Globe, City Councilor Michelle Wu's calling for a closer look at the yard for the Department of Public Works, near South Bay. Mayor Walsh wants to make the site available for redevelopment--possibly as a stadium for the New England Revolution.

A co-op apartment building in Dorchester's providing young people a better chance to overcome homelessness. Known as Liberty House, the transitional home with ten bedrooms was developed by the nonprofit Bridge Over Troubled Water.

Boston Police say the fatal shooting of two people last week in Jamaica Plain was a murder and suicide. The shootings took place at the Mildred Hailey Apartments on November nineteenth.
